Workplace Inclusion Resources
EAB is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees are treated with dignity, respect, and support
While EAB’s Employee Policy Handbook outlines our Equal Employment Opportunity and Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation Prevention commitments, additional guidance related to gender identity and workplace inclusion is available through the Gender Identity and Workplace Inclusion Guide. This guide provides practical information and resources for employees, managers, and colleagues, including guidance related to workplace transitions, names and pronouns, privacy considerations, workplace facilities, and available support resources.
Gender Identity and Workplace Inclusion Guide
